A river meanders on property allowing several pools and waterfalls to form, 7 min walk from the house. It being a farm, fresh herbs are just an arms length away. Visitors get more than just a roof over their head – they get an experience of touring a working coffee farm.
Our multi-terraced property provides the unique charm of peaceful beauty and its undisturbed natural splendor. Due to our location nestled in the Blue Mountain Range, we enjoy the opportunity to function as a naturally self-sustaining ECO coffee farm. Our farm is solar powered and some organic practices of all biodegradable food waste composted on site allow us to truly appreciate the sustainability of nature. Our creepy crawlies are food to the many birds around our lodge, so we minimize the use of pesticides 🐦♥Bird watchers love it, with endemic birds, as well as seasonal migrant birds, all making use of our fresh mountain river and lush flora. Dancing sunsets & sunrises, hummingbirds & hills, and varieties of flowers and fruits, provide a backdrop that can seldom be matched. We look forward to sharing with you what has been our humble refuge for 13 years.
